Seems there are less and less comments - posts and articles here on this board . It used to be you could come on this board and have a "chat about 3xw and local pro wrestling . In the last 3-5 weeks Ive read on Facebook and other sites that no less than 3 Indy companys in and around Iowa have " torn down the ring " for the last time and nailed the doors shut . I know Indy Pro Wrestling fans are few and far between and has been said before " If its not in the WWE " than you dont wrestle anywhere ..... Come on wrestling fans WAKE UP support 3XW before they too sink like the titanic !!!!

I have commented on the lack of traffic here on the message board for the last 2 years. The crowds at the events seem to still be good, but 3XW to me would be more fun and more successful with more message board traffic.
Let's get more talk going on this message board.

I wasn't aware of other promotions here in iowa was closing it down.
I wouldn't judge 3x's future by the status of other (iowa) promotions or lack of comments on the board.

Hey everyone other promotions in the area have shut down mostly by choice. 3xwrestling is still bringing you all great wrestling in des moines and surrounding areas. But your support is needed to keep a great show running. hope to see you all there this friday. King of Des moines is always a great event.

I wont name the indy companies but I will just say that 1 is south of Indianola Iowa and hasnt run a show since maybe May or June *** correction ( I was sent an email its actually April )They used to run monthly wrestling events . I was actually there and there were wrestlers sitting in the crowd or else there MAYBE was 15-20 others in the seats , and the one show that they were gonna run got shuttered the day before it was supposed to run , its no surprise if they shut down honestly they were killing the business. And another runs in Oskaloosa Iowa area hasnt run an event -n 2 months at least and is shutting down in November after the show is over , to go along with another indy fed in Kansas called Metro Pro just ended their events til  ? even they dont know when or if they will restart .... My statement was meant to be 3xw Indy wrestling fans Support them now you just never know when / if they just ran their last event . And a Indy Wrestling co as good as 3x should be seen at least once , might as well LIVE THIS FRIDAY at Allplay in downtown Des Moines !

I think a lot of our message board "traffic" has moved to our Facebook page and Twitter.
Personally I love the board here and would like more interaction, like we had a couple years ago here.
Times are tough and we do our best to provide a quality show. Without support we could become a memory as well, but we will run events for as long as it is financially viable to do so.

Thank you all for the support, thoughts & concern. It is appreciated. I think a lot of our message board "traffic" has moved to our Facebook page and Twitter. Personally I love the board here and would like more interaction, like we had a couple years ago here. Times are tough and we do our best to provide a quality show. Without support we could become a memory as well, but we will run events for as long as it is financially viable to do so. Just a fan suggestion that Ive seen a few others do how about a " Fan Appreciation " special buy 3 tickets to a 3XW wrestling show get 1 general admission FREE OR How about like they have in Football - Baseball - Hockey others sports " 3XW Season Tickets " You buy a pass good for all 3xw shows for 1 full year = JUST A FANS SUGGESTION -You are the business people ps - NOT EVERYBODY has Facebook or Twitter |
