Greetings,
Thank you to all the wrestlers, management, and staff from 3XW for a great night of entertainment.
The King of Des Moines tournament was OK. I didn't understand putting JJ Garrett over until Jimmy Rockwell turned. To me Jimmy has been kind of treading water the last few years. He has been very vanilla. This heel turn will help the excitement about him and his matches going forward.
I thought that SBC would win the tournament. With the Killer City Kings set up as a dominant force after the tag 4 way it would have made sense for him to win King of Des Moines. Jimmy's turn made JJ's win make sense.
Speaking of the tag match, how much fun was this match. Good work from everybody. Though I am not sure where Mad Dog disappeared to never to return. Maybe I missed something. From my seat I couldn't see Jon West handcuffed to the rail so when he got up after the match it surprised me.
The Heavy Weight Title change surprised me as well. Octane has been in and out lately. He does cut a great promo. I imagine that his issues with Todd Countryman are not over. It is good to see Gage relevant again. I see SBC challenging him for the title soon.
Here's a question. Why no show at the Forte Center in September? Just wondering.
Thanks again to all involved.
